The Brazilian Journal of Epidemiology (Revista Brasileira de Epidemiologia – EPIDEMIO) and the Epidemiology and Health Services Journal (Revista Epidemiologia e Serviços de Saúde – RESS) announce a joint call for thematic articles on epidemiological surveillance, communicable diseases and neglected diseases: paper submission will be open from August 9 to 21.
This action is a partnership between ABRASCO and the General Coordination of Development of Epidemiology in Health Services, of the Department of Strategic Articulation of Health Surveillance, of the Health and Environment Surveillance Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Health. Its purpose is to encourage production and dissemination of technical and scientific studies conducted in Brazil
Fifteen articles will be selected for publication in the Brazilian Journal of Epidemiology. The texts approved for publication under this call for papers will be published free of charge. All articles will undergo the traditional stages of analysis performed by the Brazilian Journal of Epidemiology and will be published in Portuguese and English.
